This is how it works

  1. Contact us via E-Mail and let us know which of our services you are interested in.
     
  2. Ideally you will provide us with some input (text, goal, context) and choose the output language. Your input is treated strictly confidentially from the first exchange of messages and remains so regardless of whether you accept our quoted offer. 
  3. Based on the input we will make an estimate and submit an offer to you.
     
  4. If you are satisfied with the quoted amount, you will be asked to make an on-account payment 10% to 50% of the fee depending on the estimated workload.
  5. We provide you with a first draft.
     
  6. You evaluate if the first version can be maintained or needs to be modified for your needs. 
     
  7. We make adjustments and amendments where required.
     
  8. Once you are satisfied with the draft, you pay the remainder of our fee.

Fee structure

Fees vary depending on the complexity and time estimated for completion. An individual offer will be made. To give you a rough idea. You might pay as little as 10 Euros for a short e-mail translation, 20 Euros for a full page drafted letter, 50 Euros for a 10 page correction, or 2500 Euros for a complete book revision.
